This is the differentiation–to get you back to doing the things you want to do through an integration of various techniques that best suit you. The adjustment is a catalyst in providing optimal, long-lasting movement strategies. At the core of movement is Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, or DNS, which we are highly trained in. Working alongside these fundamental movement patterns are unique movement variations that are suited FOR YOU. There is no protocol. Based on the thorough examination, we will provide you with an abundance of knowledge in how to move to accommodate your body to get you to your goals. This also includes photos and videos that you can take home with you for instruction and/or to see how you have progressed in treatment.
